3. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

If an account remains inactive for a period of 12 months, it will be considered as dormant and deactivated. If there is still no activity after 5 years, an administration fee of $120 USD will be applied and the account details passed to the Antigua Gaming Commission as per Regulations. 7. INTEGRITY OF PLAY AND BETTING

7.1Criminal Activity

7.2.2 We reserve the discretionary right to void any winnings and withhold any balance in an account under any of the following circumstances:

  • If it is assumed that you have more than one active account.
  • If the name of the account holder does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit.
  • If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information.

9.12 The minimum bonus amount for our deposit coupon codes is €20, the max bonus amount is €500, unless otherwise stated. The coupon codes are valid only for one deposit (unless otherwise stated). The coupon code must be entered before depositing and cannot be retroactively credited to any an account.

9.13 Any no deposit bonus received, has to be redeemed within one month of its receipt. In the case of our birthday bonuses, up to one month past the birth date.

9.14 Every time you wager €10 in bets on any game, you earn 1 Comp Point, 100 Points = €1. The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 100.

9.15 Non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be promotion abuse and as such will give us the discretionary right to take the following action against such abusers: All balances/payouts shall be considered null and void. 9.19 Maximum bet rule for all bonuses = €10.00. All Bets above €10.00 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings being voided.

9.20 You cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When you use two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, we reserve the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

10. BONUS WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

10.1 Wagering requirements for our deposit bonus coupons are 30 times the sum of the deposit plus the bonus, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every deposit bonus used. This rule will only be annulled after your balance has reached €0 again.

10.2 Unless otherwise stated, only Slots count towards the wagering requirements for any bonus (deposit or non-deposit).

10.3 Any wagers made on excluded games before the play-through requirements are completed, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.

10.4 Wagering requirements for our no-deposit coupons are 60 times the bonus, unless otherwise stated.

10.6 Withdrawal of Bonus funds

10.6.1 Each bonus must be completely wagered before withdrawal can be requested. Any premature withdrawal requests will be denied and the play-through for the previous bonus(es) must be completed.

10.6.2 You are not entitled to a withdrawal if you have claimed a bonus and your last deposit is older than three months.
